ABC’s government affairs arm in Ohio recently submitted the attached letter to Ohio State Senator Matt Huffman, asking him to amend his newly introduced Senate Bill 308, which currently provides legal protection from civil suits resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic for grocers, pharmaceutical companies, hotels, manufacturers, and health care workers. ABC of Ohio is asking that the bill also include the construction industry, and the associations and training centers that service it.
