	Joe Fawcett, Training Instructor, Southwire Joe Fawcett has 30 years of experience in the fields of construction, electrical contracting and education and serves as training instructor at Southwire, one of ABC’s strategic partners. Having previously worked as an electrician, foreman and a physics teacher during his career, he is committed to finding better ways to work, design and learn.
	Brad Foster, Operations Manager, Gaylor Electric Brad Foster is operations manager at Gaylor Electric. In his current role, Foster applies his passion for making personal connections while cultivating a team environment. As operations manager, Foster oversees contracts nationwide, with a concentration on the Kentucky market. He has served in various roles during his time at Gaylor, including project manager and project engineer.
	Eric Simmons, Corporate Safety Director, Helix Electric Eric Simmons joined Helix as a superintendent and held several management and leadership positions in the organization before becoming the corporate safety director. He is a member of ABC’s National Health and Safety Committee as well as multiple other national and regional safety committees and associations. In addition, Simmons is a member of the UL 745, UL 1088, and UL 1363 Standards Technical Panels, the ANSI A14 and ANSI A92 Committees, and the NFPA 70E and NFPA 350 Technical Committees.
	Greg Sizemore, Vice President of Health, Safety, Environment and Workforce Development, Associated Builders and Contractors Greg Sizemore is a key leader in the construction industry and the public sector on safety and workforce development. Prior to joining ABC, Sizemore worked at Zachry Industrial, where he played an integral role in the formation of Zachry’s competency-based safety, professional and craft workforce development programs. He serves on the Occupational Health and Safety Administration’s Advisory Committee on Construction Safety and Health and the board of directors of NCCER and chairs the Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention.
	Joe Xavier, Senior Director of Safety, Associated Builders and Contractors Joe Xavier is the senior director of safety for ABC National. Xavier has served in leadership, quality, health, safety and compliance roles since 1992. Most recently, Xavier was the CEO of Summit Sustainability Solutions, advising construction, manufacturing and hospitality clients in the mid-Atlantic region on safety and health risk control and prevention. His company was a member of ABC of Greater Baltimore and facilitated the chapter’s Safety Professional Peer Group.
