Ben Brubeck will provide an overview of the new project labor agreement executive order signed by President Biden on Feb. 4, and how it, as well as other policies promoting PLAs on state and local construction projects receiving federal dollars, will affect ABC federal and public works contractor members. Brubeck will also discuss ABC’s strategies to challenge the EO policy and individual PLAs on federal and federally assisted construction contracts, as well as the White House task force’s new report on how to boost union membership in the federal government and public and private sectors.
