Privacy & Security Breaches in the Construction Industry – Understanding & Preventing

February 12, 2019 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Businesses increasingly rely on their computer networks to store confidential business and customer information, automate manufacturing and customer interaction, and manage supply chain relationships with customers and vendors. This increased dependence on computer networks, along with a growing body of state and federal statutes governing data privacy, has created additional risks that businesses need to manage. This class provides participants with tools and resources to effectively recognize and manage these new risks. Ideal participants include risk managers and anyone concerned with customer data privacy.

THIS WEBINAR IS DESIGNED TO:

  • Identify the most common network security and privacy liability risks confronting the construction
  • Explain the risk control techniques appropriate to such risks, and their relationship to the overall risk management process
  • Discuss the potential gaps in coverage and review the Building Blocks of Network Security & Privacy Injury Liability insurance

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

  • Risk Managers
  • Project Managers
  • Superintendents
  • Office/Clerical Staff
