In this five-module program, participants will learn the leadership skills they need to become top performers. Note: This program complements the Construction Foreman series. The topics are different. Format: This program will be using GoToWebinar three, 90-minute to two-hour live, online modules. Participants will receive an invitation to join the sessions after completing the registration. The program includes a downloadable, interactive workbook.
