This foundational program focuses on the Construction Team. The Construction Team focuses primarily on a team approach to construction leadership. This program is for those who supervise others. This includes crew leaders, foremen, project supervisors, office managers, and construction executives. This leadership course, like the Construction Leader and Construction Foreman programs, covers new material with an emphasis on the team.
